This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the processing and protection of personal data of users of the Friends4Evening website, mobile application and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), owned by the Friends4Evening project Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration").

By using the Service, the User expresses consent to the terms of this Policy.

4.4. Personal data is stored for the duration of the User's account. After profile deletion, data is deleted within 30 days.

7. Responsibility

7.1. The Administration is not responsible for the actions of third parties who gained access to the User's data as a result of unauthorized actions of the User themselves.

7.2. The User undertakes not to post personal data of other persons on the platform without their consent.

8. Policy Changes

8.1. The Administration has the right to change this Policy unilaterally.

8.2. The new version comes into force from the moment of publication on the Friends4Evening website.

8.3. Continued use of the Service after the Policy change means the User's agreement with its new version.
